Meet the 5 new designers from "Danmarks næste klassiker"/"Denmark's next classic" in a panel debate, where they, along with judges Pil Bredahl and Kasper Salto and editor-in-chief Thomas Velling, will discuss the role of sustainability and circularity in the Danish lifestyle program from DR (Danish Broadcasting Corporation).

Hosted by THE UPCYCL, the discussion will explore how the circular economy has played a role in this season.

The event takes place during the design festival, 3daysofdesign 2024.

THE UPCYCL is a part of this year's season, giving the designers the opportunity to use New Waste-materials in their design solutions throughout the season. By making industrial waste materials accessible to the designers, THE UPCYCL aims to highlight how it is possible to make the Danish design industry more circular.

How is the Danish design industry tackling circularity, and what does it take for it to become more circular? These are some of the questions we will discuss in the panel debate on Friday the 14th of June.
