Connecting the Circular Network

When Sara Martinsen, designer and advisor for VELUX's Living Places, wanted to furnish using only circular products, she asked us which products to look for.

The answer was clear: our member companies, who create circular designs from industrial waste materials.

For the Living Places project, we connected interior architect Sara Martinsen with several of our members.

One of the selected designs was The Airbag pillow, created by Flétta at FÓLK Reykjavik – and we can see why!

At THE UPCYCL, we don't just make waste materials available for new purposes – we are also a hub for the circular network.
