Big news for Danish Startups

Danish private limited companies (ApS) can publicly raise funds for the first time ever.

A new legislative change (effective from January 1st, 2025) has made it possible for Danish private limited companies (ApS) to publicly raise funds.

This democratizes opportunities for both small businesses and 'the people' — giving individuals a voice and offering more diverse investment opportunities to support the companies they believe in and want to see succeed.

"Traditionally, ApS companies faced barriers when it came to raising public funds. But now, these private limited companies can share their vision with a broader audience and attract investment from individuals who believe in their mission. This marks a significant shift in Denmark’s investment landscape and provides a springboard for innovation and growth."

We have opened the doors for "normal people" to invest in THE UPCYCL and push for a more circular future!

Through an equity crowdfunding round on Republic Europe, it’s possible to invest from as little as 25 euros, making it accessible for everyone to invest in the circular economy.

We believe in the crowd – and we believe that people can drive the green transition faster than politicians and legislation. That’s why we are opening up for the public to join the movement. And give Power to the People, because investing is like voting with your money. Startups can change the status quo – and we are paving the way for a future where circular economy is good business!
