A new legislative change (effective from January 1st, 2025) has made it possible for Danish private limited companies (ApS) to publicly raise funds.

This democratizes opportunities for both small businesses and 'the people' — giving individuals a voice and offering more diverse investment opportunities to support the companies they believe in and want to see succeed.

But now, these private limited companies can share their vision with a broader audience and attract investment from individuals who believe in their mission.
