With the Workshop Kit, you can freely use selected New Waste materials at your workshops or creative space.

Maybe it’s for students in carpentry training, for your workshop community, for a project at a high school, or even as part of a permanent material store in a cultural center?

No matter the case, it’s super simple and completely free to get started.

When students work in the VIA Makerspaces, we want to ensure easy access to materials – so we don’t always need to buy new but can utilize resources that a company might otherwise discard. And the collaboration with THE UPCYCL helps reinforce this, making us better at integrating circular economy into our Makerspace.

Here’s how it works:

1️. Order a couple of pallets of materials

You can choose from these four materials: Acrylic, MDF, Textiles, and Cardboard.

2. Place the New Waste materials where they make the most sense

For example, in your Woodshop, Fab-Lab, or sewing workshop.

3. Shop as needed

Purchase the materials that fit your project and pay via MobilePay.
